SOUND BATH SESSIONS

A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants lie down and listen to various sounds and vibrations produced by instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, flutes, drums and chimes. The sounds promote relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety and improve overall well-being. The vibrations help to balance the body's energy and promote a sense inner peace. Many people find sound baths to be a deeply transformative and rejuvenating experience.

There are regular group sound bath sessions held at various locations throughout the year, or you can come an experience an individual sound therapy session at The Harmony Hut in Hornsby Heights.
